• The AI data centre campus will be located in Oxagon, NEOM’s industrial city.
• The project is being developed by DataVolt.
• The first phase represents an investment of US$5 billion.
• Construction is expected to begin within the coming months, with the first phase targeted to become operational by 2028.
• The campus is designed to provide high-performance computing capacity to support AI workloads, cloud computing, and advanced digital services.
